Subsidiary Par will serve as the exclusive distributor of triazolam (Upjohn's Halcion) for Alphapharm and atenolol (ICI's Tenormin) for Genpharm following March 25 ANDA approvals by FDA. PRI announced agreements to distribute generic products for Alphapharm in May 1993 and for Genpharm in October 1992.
