GRACE ACQUISITION OF HNS WOULD CREATE THIRD LARGEST HOME INFUSION company based on revenues, HNS said. The companies announced March 4 that they had entered into a definitive agreement under which National Medical Care, a subsidiary of Boca Raton, Fla.-based Grace, would acquire all outstanding shares of Marietta, Ga.-based Home Nutritional Services. HNS is majority- owned by Healthdyne.
