GEOMEDICA "PHYSICIAN's INTERACTIVE NETWORK" SET FOR APRIL LAUNCH aimed at doctors in seven specialties. On April 4, the New York company plans to begin shipping software to specialists in family practice, internal medicine, cardiology, obstetrics/gynecology, gastroenterology, respiratory medicine and neurology. GeoMedica expects to be serving approximately 5,000 physicians by July, the company said. GeoMedica Continuing Medical Education Director Judith Ribble, PhD, described the network during a Regulatory Affairs Professional Society meeting in Chicago March 1.
