CBI MERGER WITH HUMISTON-KEELING CONTINUES MIDWEST EXPANSION and will give Commons Brothers' newly formed Midwest division annual sales "substantially in excess of $1 bil." Together with the pending acquisitions of Krelitz/Twin City Wholesale Drug and Northern Drug, the merger will make CBI Midwest "the dominant drug wholesaler in the upper Midwest," the firm declared. Terms of the merger were not disclosed.
