U.S. BIOSCIENCE's NEUTREXIN WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PCP IN JANUARY at an average wholesale price of $41.65 per 25 mg vial, for an average cost of about $2,600 for a 21-day course of therapy. The AWP price places the daily cost of the methotrexate analog in the same range as other products in the therapeutic category, U.S. Bioscience maintains. The company also said it is establishing indigent patient programs under which NeuTrexin will be made available free of charge.
