Linda Hay Crawford joining PMA as a regional director in the industry group's State Government Affairs division, effective Jan. 3. Crawford previously served as special secretary for human development and executive assistant to the governor of Maryland, and as state issues coordinator with the American Association of Homes for the Aging. She succeeds Frank Pesci, who will retire.
