"There is no equity relationship between, Prographarm, the French drug delivery company who collaborated with Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd. and Lemmon Company in the development of diltiazem ER capsules, and Prographarm USA, Ltd., the sponsor of the ANDA," Lemmon explains.
