Executive Summary
National Organization for Rare Disorders office, established in May on 750 17th Street, N.W., is headed by long-time congressional aide Glenda Booth. During 1991-1993, Booth was legislative director for Rep. Hoagland (D-Neb.). She worked the previous 10 years for former Rep. Walgren (D-Pa.), including as deputy staff director for his House Energy and Commerce/Commerce Subcommittee. Prior to working on Capitol Hill, Booth worked in the then-HEW and in the Education Department.
