McNeil’s Children’s Motrin
New tradename for McNeil's Rx pediatric liquid ibuprofen product Pedia Profen takes advantage of the J&J unit's January agreement with Upjohn for the copromotion of OTC Motrin IB ("The Pink Sheet" Jan. 25, In Brief). The name change, approved by FDA March 23, will provide Motrin brand name recognition, the companies said, while helping to grow the whole Motrin line.
