FDA’s David Rosen
Executive Summary
Regulatory counsel/special assistant to Center for Drug Evaluation & Research Director Carl Peck, MD, is leaving the agency Oct. 26 to join the Washington office of the Chicago-based law firm McDermott Will & Emery. Rosen will work in the firm's health section and will focus on drug, biologics and food issues. A commissioned officer in the Public Health Service Corp, Rosen has held numerous positions during his 14 years at FDA. He holds a B.S. in pharmacy and earned a law degree from Catholic University in 1991.
