Will be supported by PMA if the pact includes expected provisions for eliminating compulsory licensing in Canada and revising pharmaceutical tariffs between the U.S. and Mexico, PMA Senior VP- International Harvey Bale, PhD, told July 31 press conference. Bale said he expected "a handshake agreement" to be reached on NAFTA "very soon."
