Sen. Pryor's drug price press conference
Sen. Aging Committee chairman (D-Ark.) plans Sept. 24 press conference to release a committee report detailing "unrelenting" prescription drug price increases. The report is billed as providing "up-to-date" information on prices, marketing expenditures, international price comparisons and "taxpayer-underwritten subsidies." A committee press release notes this is Pryor's first press conference since returning to the Senate after his heart attack earlier this year. . . .
