DEA Schedule II production quotas
Executive Summary
Revised 1991 quotas for codeine (for sale), morphine (for conversion) and methylphenidate are included in Aug. 23 Federal Register. The quota for codeine is increased by 5.5 mil. grams to 58 mil. grams; the quota for morphine is increased 5.8 mil. grams to 70.2 mil. grams; and the methylphenidate quota is expanded to 3 mil. grams from 2.7 mil. grams.
