Zenith Labs
Executive Summary
House Oversight/Investigations Subcommittee report prepared by Rep. Dingell (D-Mich.) said that one former Zenith Executive, Jack Rivers, was prosecuted in 1966 for falsifying information submitted to FDA, and is currently believed to be under investigation for his more recent activities at Bolar. The report adds that "several former Zenith executives . . . were acknowledged participants in providing meals to Marvin Seife." A summary of the subcommittee's report in "The Pink Sheet" (Dec. 24, p. 10) implied that current Zenith employees were under investigation and/or involved in dealings with Seife.
