Marion trade terms
Executive Summary
Marion Merrell Dow will retain its previous AWP pricing levels for the Marion products. The company recently had announced downshifting to a 20% markup for AWP on those products from the traditional 25% markup previously calculated for the products. That change, to bring Marion products in line with Merrell Dow pricing, was met with sharp objections from the trade ("The Pink Sheet" April 16, p. 14). Merrell Dow products will maintain AWPs at 20% markup.
