The board concludes that "due to irreconcilable differences concerning senior management responsibilities, the best interests of the company would be served by his resignation." James Pasman, Jr. appointed as Farley's replacement. Pasman, a member of the board of The Permian Corp., in which NII holds a 43.7% interest, was chairman and CEO of KaiserTech, Ltd., and Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corp. NII also noted new management appointments at its subsidiary.
