FDA continues to be concerned about marketing of home AIDS test kits, Commissioner Young tells March 23 House Small Business/Regulation and Business Opportunities Subcommittee. FDA has scheduled a public hearing for April 6 to gather views on home test kit. Currently, the agency only accepts premarket approval applications for kits labeled for professional use.
