Assistant Director of Legal Affairs Mitch Zeller of the Center for Science in the Public Interest will replace Daniel Sigelman as counsel to the New York Democrat's House Government Operations/Intergovernmental Relations Subcommittee. Sigelman is leaving Capitol Hill to join Atlanta law firm Pope Kellogg McGalmry Kilpatrick & Morrison ("The Pink Sheet" Sept. 26, T&G-4).
