Rorer/Robins break-up fees
Executive Summary
Rorer seeks $ 34 mil. from Robins following the Richmond-based firm's agreement to merge with American Home. Rorer is requesting a $ 25 mil. break-up fee in connection with its aborted merger agreement with Robins, plus $ 9 mil. for out-of-pocket expenses. A hearing is scheduled for April 11 in Richmond Federal Court.
