Gynex reported sales to its exclusive distributor, Warner-Chilcott, of $2.3 mil. in the fourth quarter and net income of nearly $115,000. The agreement with Warner-Chilcott, Warner-Lambert's generic subsidiary, was signed in June 1987 following an aborted arrangement with Searle.
