Zenith sues Barr
Executive Summary
Suit in New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, claims that Barr Labs and former Zenith employee David Bedrosian, currently a sales rep at Barr, "have engaged in wrongful and malicious conduct with the intent of disparaging and defaming Zenith's business and reputation . . . in order to gain prospective economic advantage." The court issued a temporary restraining order against Barr and its employees on Oct. 10 temporarily enjoining and restraining them "from defaming an employee of Zenith and from defaming or disparaging Zenith's reputation".
