Executive Summary
House passes joint resolution Sept. 23 to set continuing appropriations for the FY 1988 at current levels for all operations of government until Nov. 10, 1987, or until enactment of regular appropriations bills, whichever comes first. The current rate of operations includes funding provided for in 13 appropriations bills, none of which have been signed into law. FY 1987 ends Sept. 30.
