Executive Summary
Chairman and CEO S. Daniel Abraham, 62, will assume additional title of president following the retirement of current president, Moses Ratowsky, 67, effective Jan. 1. Also retiring are Vice Chairman and Secretary Edward Steinberg, 67, and Exec VP Jack Cox, 69. All three executives will become consultants for the company and retain seats on the company's board. In addition, VP-Finance and Treasurer Louis Guerci assumes title of exec VP-finance and operations. A newly created position, exec VP-marketing and sales, is expected "to be operational" by Jan. 1.
