Drug wholesaler divesting McKesson Chemical subsidiary to Univar Corp. for an estimated purchase price of $76 mil. The division had sales of $604 mil. during fiscal 1986 ended March 31. FoxMeyer raised money recently to fund growth in wholesaling by merging with a company outside field, National Intergroup. McKesson is getting its funds the other way by divestiture.
