Executive Summary
Justice Dept. has requested additional information and documentary material under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 pertaining to the planned merger of the two firms. Key and Schering said they originally filed under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act on March 18 and are complying with Justice's request. The firms announced the merger March 7.
