APhA supporting export legislation
Pharmacists "urge" passage of a Senate bill to permit the export of drugs unapproved by FDA, assn. President Schlegel maintained in a Dec. 30 letter to Sen. Hatch (R-Utah), the bill's sponsor. Schlegel noted APhA passed a resolution to support such legislation in 1983.
