Chain has agreed to sell its Circus World Toy Stores subsidiary to whsle. distributor Greenman Brothers for about $35 mil. and 185,000 new Greenman common shares. Agreement, valued at 541.4 mil., calls for Greenman to pay $10 mil. of the cash sum at time of sale, $10 mil. in December, $10 mil. in March and remaining $5 mil. over 5 years.
