Newark, NJ Federal Court issued a temporary restraining order that prevents Barr from manufacturing, selling or advertising its generic propoxyphene napsylate/acetaminophen tabs in orange color trade dress similar to Lilly's Darvocet-N. Barr, Mylan and Lemmon generic versions were approved June 13.
