Endocare has agreed to sell Timm Medical Technologies, its Eden Prairie, Minneapolis-based subsidiary that manufactures erectile dysfunction products, to UK speciality pharmaceutical company Plethora Solutions for $9.5m in a cash-and-bonds transaction.
